We offer a full range of digital transformational services, from initial consultancy and user experience (UX), through wireframing, design and development to delivery and installation, marketing and ongoing management. DISCOVERY

We will immerse ourselves in your business goals, seeking out the issues for resolution, learning about your market’s evolution and mastering your commercial priorities.

SPECIFICATION

Based on our discovery, we will create your specification, which we will agree together with you to ensure we are absolutely in-tune with your forward plan.

WIREFRAMING AND UX DESIGN

Our experienced designers will start from a “mobile-first” perspective – getting the layout initialised for smaller screens, working up to tablets then desktops, tv screens and beyond. Before any design work is done, we will spend time wireframing the key user journeys. Once wireframing is complete, our creative team will transform them with on-trend design methodologies, integrating your branding whilst keeping the end-user’s journey at the forefront. We’d do this by creating user scenarios and thinking them through.

DEVELOPMENT

Our technical teams will use a combination of PHP, MySql, HTML, CSS and Java (etc.) to create the web designs that accommodate the needs of each device that will access the product.

TESTING

We’ll rigorously test each template to ensure they are HTML5 and CSS3 compliant before carrying out system wide test and then we’ll enter into internal quality assurance checks. Once we’ve done that, we’ll ask you to test and possibly run a short term trial of the product within an area of your operations, if appropriate.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

We’ll work with your internal team to find the best time / date for installation e.g. midnight on a Saturday. After installation, we’ll run some more tests before making it live to your users.
